It may seem that this is not a typical product for email newsletters, unlike clothing or online courses. But it has a specific target audience. And in the case, we want to show that email marketing is effective for different areas, including product manufacturers.

Technical audit 

When changing or building a new email the ability to study the material strategy, we recommend starting with an assessment of the existing situation and looking for problem areas.

For our American client, we conducted a general channel assessment: 

  • tested email deliverability, 
  • checked the technical settings of SPF, DKIM and DMARC records,
  • developed detailed instructions for these settings.

Setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records is essential to ensure that your emails end up in your inbox and not in your spam folder. 

We also created instructions for the client on how to install a logo (avatar) in mailings – this is a graphic image next to the sender’s name.
